POSITION AVAILABLE

Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing project costs and budgets and maintaining schedule.  Requires some knowledge of cost-estimating methods and

experience working on a project team.  Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Proactively assess and analyze with the team any risks and issues that may compromise project team performance and results and develop plans to remove or mitigate them.  Develop communication plans with the project team.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to a manager.  

Requirements include a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 2-4 years of experience in a related field.  Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project programs and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
