While most biofuel production depends on feedstocks from agricultural products or biomass from animal or municipal waste, Greenfuel Technologies Corporation's Emissions-to-Biofuels™ process provides a new source of high-quality ethanol and biodiesel from the smokestack gas emissions of power and manufacturing plants. This process provides even greater benefits to the environment because it converts greenhouse gases and other environmental pollutants into clean, renewable fuels.
Volatile energy supply and pricing coupled with mounting environmental concerns over the use of fossil fuels, have created significantly increased demand for alternate forms of transportation fuels. There are now more than 40 U.S. states that provide incentives for production and distribution of biofuels.
GreenFuel Technologies partners with power generators, manufactures, CO2 offgas producers, wastewater treatment facilities, and government agencies to convert greenhouse gases into clean carbon fuels. Some facilities choose to feed the fuels back into their plants while others will seek revenue streams from biofuel sales.
